Who we are
This website is run by 21 Celsijus, MB (company code 305419959), Švitrigailos g. 7, LT-03110 Vilnius, Lithuania. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Spam protection
When you start filling in the contact form, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending the message. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device for this check. It does not use tracking cookies, and it isn't loaded for visitors who don't use the form. To stop abuse, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address in memory for about one hour after you send the form, and then deletes it.
Technical data
Cloudflare sits in front of our website to protect it from attacks and deliver it quickly, and processes technical data such as IP addresses for this. Our own server does not log IP addresses.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No analytics that follow you across websites.
- We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website security, delivery and spam protection.
- Our email provider: sending contact form messages to us, and storing and handling emails sent to [email protected].
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the records that accounting and tax law require for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
